Rti filing details?

Hi All,

I have got a site which is in litigation.  Curious to know as what are the procedure that needs to followed inorder to file an RTI to verify, if the site belongs to me or not.  Note, the site is in Bangalore and has BDA NOC

your question is not totally clear.

 

you c an raise your queries by way of an rti to the PIO of the concerned public authority.

File RTI Application to BDA Office. Every govt. office there is a Public Information Officer (PIO). You just fill RTA Application with details asking "Site belongs to whom...etc (words s/b below 150 words and s/b very clear). Put in a envelope and send through speed post (Speed post receipt acts as an acknowledgement to you). you need to buy IPO (Indian Postal Order) of Rs. 10/- (Available in post office. Insert this IPO along with RTI application inside envelope). Also write "Application under RTI Act 2005" on envelope. You get reply within 30 days. Address should start as Public Information Officer (PIO), BDA Office, Bangalore, PIN - ******
