Salary being not paid on time since 3years hence i regina

dear SOD/people ,

I am a CSE of this company working for more than 5 years(joined Company Since November 2007). At first when I join the company paid me the salary correctly. But after that there were no formation or no correct timing to deliver my salary. I have tolerated to some level. Since 2011 salary was delayed continues by one /two Months, but  in current Year 2014 its delayed By 60/90 days (Approximately 03 Month) ,because of this I citing financial

crisis.(they paid July 2014 months salary on 3^rd Oct 2014.)

Currently Aug2014 and Sep2014 Salary are also not paid by company. So I request to company relieve me from this company. But the force me to serve 02 months notice period.

I am already put my resignation letter affected from 01 Oct 2014.

And I have a JOB opportunity in another company but they can not wait for 2 months kindly suggest.

i was worked in one of software Pvt.ltd company in pune. from dec 2011 to july 2014.

In dec 2012 due to some funds issus company is stop giving salary to all employee. in July 2014 one big company is purchased our asset mangement & we merged with this company. so this big compnay is given x amount to our boss so that time he told us he will give your pending amount after 2 months but for joining formatlities we need to give ¥"No DUES¥" letter with sign so he forceully sign this letter from us.

now we are working in this big company but yet he is not in mood to give our pending salary.

so please guide us how we can recover our pending salary.
