as per your query,  the firm has 7 partners including mg.patrs.  now there are 4 partners.  all the partners may dissolve partnership by way a deed to be filed with form-V.  if any query, contact 9490929460

As per the terms and conditions of the partnership firm, if the partnership is decided to be closed, a dissolution deed to that effect may be drafted in which the necessary action with regard to the disposal assets/liabilities may be formulated and proceed accordingly.  Take the help of a consultant if necessary.
