Dear experts,
I got absolute sale deed from TNHB after four years of allottment of a plot. Now can i effect resale? Lease-cum-sale agreement stipulates no sale before 5 years of allottment or before 3 years after the issue of sale deed
whichever is early. Could any legal expert throw light on it,Please?

You can do so only after obtaining NOC from TNHB to this effect...

NOC is compulsory for that then u sale a propety by sale deed.
