Sale deed for multiple floor of same building

I am planning to buy a property in which is having 3 floor,

Ground registered in son name, 1st floor in mother name and 2nd floor in daughter name. All have their respective gift deed and 1 mother deed with bifurcated khata.

All agreed to sell and planning to get the 3 schedule in single sale deed. Now can I go with this registration?

Also, after registration during khata transfer, can I give single sale deed of 3 schedule included for each floor Khata transfer or not?

Some people saying 1st register and apply for each floor Khata transfer and then apply for amalgamated khata.

Others apply for amalgamated directly after registration

Plz guide

Since the khatas are different in respect of different floors now, after purchasing the entire building in a single sale deed, you can apply for amalgamated khata on the basis of the single sale deed on your name.

Ok, but some Bbmp person were like u need to get amalgamated 1st and then go with single sale deed or it will be more expensive for you to get the khata.

Also i don't want to take any risk during name change in tax. Will it cause any issue?
