Sale of agricultural land

Can Someone sell a part of his/her agricultural land which is registered as plantation for tea coffee etc. in Kerala.  the land has absolute ownership of the land. Someone please reply. Thank you.

Yes,  Only the owner of the land [ in who's name the land is registered in the Documents] can sell the plantation fully or part of that

Bharat Sir, as on my knowledge for buying a plantation land like coffee, Tea, cardamom, rubber etc., there is no rules that the one who is buying should be a agriculturist [or he should come from agriculture background], but any one can buy this type of plantation lands. Pls clarify if am wrong.

I m from Gujarat and In Gujarat, only farmer can purchase agriculture land any where in Gujarat, Non-farmer not purchaser agriculture land for plantation, so u contact local lawyer for that.
