My father owned a flat in haryana cooperative GH soceity. He died in 2005 and my mother died in 2007, in 2011 soceity transferred the flat in my name. Can i resale the flat. As per by-laws there should be a waiting period of 2 years in cosecutive share transfers, but as i have inherited the flat, will this condition still be applicable?
