Sale of property during lispendancy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I live is USA. My father sold a property 12 years back without my knowledge. I just came to know about the sale.

BUt 3 years back I filed a suit for partition. After that he soled another piece of land. How can I recover the entire property? Is it possible? All properties are ancestoral property.

Thanks for your time and advice.

Any sale of prperty during pendency of the suit is subject to the result of the suit. The purchaser will not get any right. Since your father sold some property pending suit ,add the purchaser as one of the defendants in the suit.
