Sending a legal notice from two lawyers

Page no : 2

Venu   15 July 2021

Thank you

G.L.N. Prasad (Retired employee.)     15 July 2021

The two notices or three notices in fact is not the issue.  The bank has already settled the nomination, the nominee has enjoyed the funds, not willing to share with the queriest,  without informing these facts, queriest is focusing on the issue of two notices in the past when much water has flown under the bridge, and when the bank performed it's obligation as per law.  The surprising fact is that these two lawyers issued notices, and appears that the queriest was not properly received guidance on further remedy..  The replies by experts running two pages are just infructuous when there was no issue with the bank.

Dear sir,

I did send  only one legal notice to the bank after getting  the advice/opinion from this forum. My lawyer received an email from the bank informing that the money has been withdrawn. When i posted the question in this forum   my lawyer or myself   was not aware that money was withdrawn.  So please read the posts before making false statements.

I am thankful  for all the advice/opinion from the experts, really appreciate it.

Admin : please close this topic otherwise i will keep thanking experts who take time to reply to my question and annoying Mr. G.L.N.Prasad.

Thanks,

Venu

Mr. Venu, please understand that we feel helpless in guiding members, and much valuable time is being spent on mere assumptions.  Had you focused with the help of your advocate, you might have taken timely action in getting an injunction from the court to the Bank.  Honestly, I feel sorry, when a member lost his entitled share through misleading advice or delay when immediate action is required from a professional that takes up the case.  This forum's posts are not exclusively meant for that member alone, and members who visit the forum for guidance in a similar subject should get a remedy by reading the post, without posting and waiting for guidance from experts.

Finally, the issue establishes that those who face similar problems must first discuss with the banker and when the amount is outstanding with the bank must immediately bring such orders to Bank not to part with that amount as the matter is under litigation.  In this case neither the bank nor advocate properly guided the member. If a member fails to get the relief he deserves, it naturally hurts those who guide him also.

Those experts must be deserving a like and it is left to the queries to like any response and other members are not immature to get annoyed.
