Need to know the importance of an antecedent documents in a Sale transaction of a flat in Mumbai. What if any previous chain of documents Original Buyer agreement with the Original developer is not available. And now that flat is purchased from the original buyer now subsequently has become a seller. What problems the new buyer can face in future? What remedy to get the old document from the Original Buyer now? Kindly elaborate the steps to be undertaken and the corresponding process thereof.
