Hello Sir,
I am working with one PSU bank in mumbai whereas my wife is working with state govt of haryana. I had applied for spouse ground transfer to my parent state haryana as my wife can't be transferred out of haryana state. The GM- HR refused to accept my request application stating that as per our bank policy, we are considering request transfer on spouse ground for female only.
Please sir, I request you to kindly advice on this matter and throw some light on the spouse ground transfer where wife can't be transferred out of state. Is there any time frame within which such transfers should be effected as per Govt guidelines.
