A Property in Gurgaon is given on lease for 5 years at the monthly rent of Rs.1,82,326 PM. The rent will increase @ 5%PA. I wish to register this Lease ,please suggest the total amount of stamp duty and registration fee payable on the lease deed.?? please support your answer with specific provisions of Acts or Rules.

Visit sub-registrar office, the sub-registrar will tell you in your state at property place

Stamp duty differs from one state to another and it may vary with the subjects too, hence it is better to visit the local sub-registrars office and get the correct picture on the subject directly.
