Our company is a real estste company and hold land upto 2 acres in a group housing layout. Now, the company want to sold this land to it's sister concern partnership firm. Our company had already paid the stamp duty at the time of purchasing the said land from its the then owners.My question is:
At the time of the said trnsaction should I again pay the stamp duty?
