Dear all,
Please provide the details regarding the value of Stamp paper on which a Gereral power of attorney and a Special POA can be drafted.(of Rupees 50,100 or 150 ).
Under which category, whether general POA or Special POA, a POA given to an employee by a company to file and conduct cases for the recovery of money from various customers wil fall?

POA is provided in consonance with memorendum of asociation and artile of association of a particular company. comapny is a jurisdic person which works throu its manforce who hold valid authority which includes POA provided by comptent authorities in favour of its employees to perform any specific or general work as per its requirement and issue of leving the stamp duty is immaterial.
