MY UNCLE WANT TO SELL AN AGRICULTURAL LAND BUT MY FATHER HAVE AN OBJECTION FOR DOING THOUGH HE HAD NOT ANY LEGAL RIGHT ON THAT PROPERTY BUT HAS AN DOUBT OR DISPUTE. MY QUESTION IS LIKE PEOPLE GOT ANTICIPATORY BAIL FROM COURT SIMILARLY CAN WE HAVE ANTICIPATORY STAY ORDER OR ANY OTHER THING KIND OF THAT?

Stay order or temporary injunction may be granted by court as per Order 39 of CPC, where property under question is being damaged or alienated or has been wrongfully sold or in other cases where opposite party is threatening to dispose of property or property is under dispute.

However, if your father doesn't have any legal right over the above mentioned property, he isn't capable of doing so. Therefore, specify what type of interest your father has over the initiated property.
