I am planning to file a case against a Fraudster who lives in puducherry and creates fake documentation in terms of Will , Sale Agreement . He and his whole family doing delebaretly by creating fake encumbrances on other's property by just taking advantage loop holes of judicial systems.. I see almost half of the puducherry property ( on a particular area ) has already created with false encumbrance in terms of Will & Sale Agreement. Both Will & Sale Agreement created fakely. As it is easy in India ( particularry rowdies living puducherry ) can create any fake documents in a minute. But proving takes 10-15 years easily :) :) :)
As I am planning to file a case against him , Is that OK to submit his Photo copy of Voter ID & AADHAAR Card as a proof of evidence. Will I be punished just showing other's photo copy of Voter ID & AADHAR CARD as a proof ?
Whether photo copy of other's Voter ID and AADHAAR CARD will be accepted as a proof ?
