My friend has taken a commercial property on rent, proper lease deed is executed with landlord for 11 months. there is no mention in the deed about 'notice period for eviction'. Tenant has used the property for 9 months and now want to vacate the property by giving notice of one month, where as the owber us asking for 3 months notice.
Please throw some light on the above case. is owner justified in asking for 3months notice for eviction while the lease deed is silent o this front.
