My Tamil nadu-RCOP case is started in Dec 2011, we also filed section 11(4) application for payrental arrears or Evict,
In appeal court tenant lawyer was able to create some dispute and brought back the case to small causes court.
Now the case is at argument stage in small causes court. The case started around 18 months back is there any idea how long tenant lawyer will delay the matter.
But my tenant said in cross he will pay rental arrears only partially he can't pay full.
