Tenant not paying Electricity Bill

Property is situated in Delhi. My tenant is not paying electricity bill since last 2 months. Electricity meter is in my name. Electricity board has issued computer generated notice to pay all dues by end of month. What can I do to avoid any problems in future? Case of eviction is already going on in High Court. Learned people kindly advise.

In rent agreement it has been agreed that he will pay the electricity bills and also in the case which is there in high court, he himself has said that he has been paying electricity bill for that meter. I want to know what precautions I can take to safeguard myself and my property?
