mr ram's father gave a house to a tenant before 30 yrs and he can take kiraya from the tenant time to time now the mr.ram has expired .and the son of mr ram is want to sell the house but the tenant do not vacant the house he says that take a money of ur house .and sell to me only .now what should mr.ram do in this matter or case.

you may file a petition to the court for sale my house for my livelihood so the tenant must vacate the house.
