Termination and full and final settlement issue

i joined a private limited company on apr 2015. i was on leave with prior intimation on aug 27th when they suddenly decided to fire 10 people.

we were given our pay but it wqas less. on asking they said that they had deducted 20% of the salary.

neither did they give us a notice nor reason for termination and now they are harassing us on giving the pay.

need assistance.

The management can show 100reasons to terminate.The regular procedure 3 advance notice of termination which is in aggrement.

You can contest both:  Termination and FnF payouts that should include termination notice pay and if it is retrenchment then retrenchment comepnsation.
