Dear Sir,
My wife is working in corporte school from last 9 year. In month of April she was sick and on medical leave for 4 days and having argument with her Principal. Her Principal has some personal issue with her also. After this issue vaccation started and Today was the first day of school after vaccation. Today in morning Prinipal call her and asked her to resign. But she refused to give resignation and she has issued the terimiantion with the clause of "Displinary Action"
Pl suggest what we can do, and how we can proceed or also confirm
Can we file case in labour court or we need to file case in civil court.
Can school principal issue termination letter without any warning or without any complaint.
