Hi,
currently my wife is having custody of my son who is 5.5 year old. I have recently got his full interim custody order from the trial family court. Court has given her 15 days to handover the custody of my son to me.
If she goes to High to high court how much time it will take to decide the this again? I have been waiting for my son to come to my house since last 1.5 years. My wife did the legal kidnapping of him after filing 498a case against me.
I heard that interim custody case must be decided within 2 months in high court. Is it true?
