Title

Dear Experts!

'Y' is planning to purchase a constructed house from 'A' which is construction permission from Gram Panchat Authorities.

'A'  puchased the  constructed house in 2008 from 'B' with a registered sale deed.

'B' purchased  a open plot from it from 'C' with a registered sale deed in 2002 and constructed a house in 2008.

'C' purchased the open plot from 'D' in 1992.

'D' puchased the open dry landland to the extent of one acre from 'E' on the capacity of Pattedar of that land.

The schedule property is in two survey Nos.

As per the revenue records E is the right for  only one survey No out of Two survey Nos.

Is it valid document? Can  Y puchase it? is there any limitation period to any concern person to challenge the sales?

Land is not converted, E has only one acre in one survey number but schedule property is located in  two Surveys. in my view title is not clerar. Please contact any local lawer and get the title opinion from him then only you can dicide it.

'E' sold the one acer in two survey No's to'' D''.

''D'' converted the land in to plots and sold.
