WE HAVE PURCHASE  SHOPS IN MUMBAI IN 2010 BUILDER HAS GIVEN US REGISTERD SALE AGREEMENT,C/C COPY,APOROVED PLAN,POSSESION CERTIFICATE .

 AT THE TIME OF POSSESION HE HAD ASSURED US THAT OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 3 MONTHS BUT EVEN AFTER MANY REMINDERS HE IS NOT ANSWERING US .PLEASE LET ME NOW THAT WHERE CAN WE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM IS CONSUMER COURT GOOD FOR THIS CASE.

first send legal notice then if he had not responded for legal notice then you can make a complaint in Consumer court

U may contact the corporation autharities for the position of th e file of OC. if it is on right way u wiil get it soon. if not ask the builder to persue. u can appoint a liaisoning person for the issue.
