Hello sir / madam,
i have this inquery regarding the flat witch i had booked in thane godbundar road shree sankalp buildging name giving token amount of rupees 1 lakh on july 17 2018 but unfortunatlly i cant buy that property due to finacial dispute in my family and i was asking my token amount back but they refuse to give me saying unrefundable because i sign a copy of terms and condition which say its only can refundable within 45 days, please guide me in this.
one mre thing i didnt sign or made any rotary or legal stamp paper on this and also the buildging dosnt have OC (occupation certificate) for last so many months.
