Hello,
My late nanaji died sometime ago leaving behind a registered WILL for his owned property. The will has share for Naniji and other legal hiers. Due to certain circumstances, the WILL could not be probated till date. I want to secure the share of naniji in the said property in case of her death. What would be the most suitable legal remedy for it, so that after her death I do not need the consent of other legal hiers of my naniji in the execution of the her share after her death.
