Hello All,
We had a Flat in name of my mother, After her death 2 years ago, I have requested society to transfer share certificate in my name, i have also provided all documents required(Death certificates, Affidivates). But there is a problem with society commitee. Society matters are not getting handeled properly. some members are not paying maintainence fee for 2 years, commitee is not functioning properly.
What can i do in this case, Can i go to any orginization to seek help. where can i file complaint on this area. I have not received any response since a year now.
