Team,
could some one please help me to understand on "franking".. we are planning to buy a house and applied for a loan in a bank, banker asked us to frank the documentation with .5% of approved loan value.
He advised me to go to the registrar office to get this done, curious to understand about this term and the process.
appreciate if some one please help me on how to get this in hyderabad.

Franking is the one of the part of stamp, actually the stamp paper is not available every time so the government appoint some bank for Franking the documents. U can pay the stamp amount in bank and the bank is franknig this amount stamp in first page of documents and it's velid as per law.
