We are based at Pune and our customer is located in Kolkata.
We have supplied lot of material against Purchase orders, we have all the necessary documents, now customer has gone bankrupt and not able to pay us, they are infact not able to pay any of its suppliers.
What legal action should be more suitable to this situation? Winding up patition or civil suit?
Which state should I pursue for it? Kolkata or Maharashtra?
Can somebody please guide me on this?
