1.My second wife family members are saying please make case of 420, 494 and so on against my first wife and family otherwise they will file same case against my family. Whether it should be right to get rid of this problem to fight against whole family of my first wife since we have done araya samaj marriage.
2.Can I disprove my marrige since there was no witness at the time of my marrige all the name written in certificate is ours friend name but noone was there at the time of my marrige.
3. One more idea I have If I do another araya samaj marrige before the date of my first marrige with my second wife ? will it help to take my second wife legal and I will not tell this my first wife since we are leaving sepearte once the matter is opened. what may be good and bad effect for this proposal please advice?
