use of toilets

we have purchased shop in yr-2000,there is some dispute of soc & builder so they are not accepting us as member we have register case to deputy registrar of societies before 3 months now societie members are not allowing to use common toilets to shop owners please guide some solutions

Basic amenities cannot be stopped arbitrarily so serve a legal notice to such elements and also obtain a direction/stay order from civil court against them.

SIR I HEARD THAH WE CAN LODGE A POLICE COMPLAINT IN THIS CASE & THE CAN ISSUE NON BAILABLE WARRENT AGAINST COMMITY MEMBERS.
