what are necessory documents required for selling a plot

Hi,

What are legal documents required for selling a plot.

Also answer my question as per following example.

Example : Suppose person A is orginal owner of plot, then he sold his plot to person B and then person B sold  it to to person C. Then person C sold it to person D. Now with person D original purchase document (kharedi khat)  are available of from C to D,from B to C but only photocopy of from A to B is available. In this case please advice me whether person D can  sold the plot to next person.

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Kundan

Dear Kundan

I think from Ato B copy is missed then get the public copy from register office and get the EC also compare the transctions

Document and EC transcations should match

still doubt contact any Bank lawyer who will approve loans from Bank side
