What are the steps taken by the hon'ble court if the owner r

I need Clarification if Hon'ble Court has sold the property (Dwelling House) where in the Dwelling House all the house hold items, furniture, food items etc. is there.  If the owner of the house whose (house sold ) is unable to take the property from the Dwelling house.

How the Court can remove the property from the House and what procedure follows by the Court for removing from the House for vacating the house to handover the house to the purchaser.

Whether the Hon'ble Court can take any No due clearance or receipt frm Owner of the House.

How the sale proclamation and Auction proceeds needed?

How the vacation process and keeping vacant House by the owner?

What are the steps taken by the Hon'ble Court if the Owner refuses to vacant House by removing House hold articles.

If the house hold items are not removed by the Owner the Court can threw the house hold, furniture etc on the road ?

Or the same property can be kept custody until the owner comes to the Court and pray the Hon'ble Court for handover the property?

What are rights do have owner if the Court Threw the properties on the road and do not give custody of property of owner.?

Regards
