Hi,
Am taking service from a stock advisory company for stock market advises. They have given me invoice for amount paid with below details, would like to know if stock advisory companies, TIN number or any other government specified number is required for me to claim that invoice during my tax calculation.
Details mentioned in the invoice are
Customer name, Bill number, Bill date, Service provide name and proper address, service descripttion and amount. SEBI registration is not mentioned on invoice but is available on thier website.
