Got 82 CRPC orders from the court in a cases against a client u/s/ IPC 138. He never came to the court, so court ordered NBW and then Sec 82 orders.
Now what has to be done ? and can i expect the client to go in jail ? OR can he get bail in high court ? and can i expect my money any sooner now ?
