wife's right over husband's self earned property

Hello Experts,

Husband is planning to sell-off his immovable property acquired after marriage against the consent of his wife.

Property is self owned by the husband and registered on his name. In the interest of the family, wife is not willing to sell the property. Is there any way wife can stop/halt this sale? does she have any right over the property?

Thanks,

 anand
