Writ of certiorari

I have filed a case in Administrative Tribunal and I got order against me and actually it is wrong order because at that time I did not have enough evidences. But now I got enough evidences. So, I approached the hon’ble High court of AP by a way of FRESH Writ petition (WRIT OF MANDAMUS)(without challenging tribunal's order) and I got good order. But the writ was dismissed after 3 months on grounds of maintainability as I should not over look the tribunal and approach directly the High court.( L. Chandra Kumar vs Union Of India , AIR 1997 SC 1125 ) So, as I already approached the tribunal before, now I want to appeal against its wrong order. So, WRIT OF CERTIORARI will be helpful to me? Or any other type of appeal ? Awaiting your kind reply sir.
