Wrong d.o.b - marriage

Hi

My wife has given wrong date of birth everywhere starting from her educational certificates to passport.

She hasn't be hold on to the pregnancy and had miscarriages. Now, After 3 years of marriage I got her duly certified birth certificate (Bearing her father/Mother name and mother thumb impressions) which reveals she is one year older than what she claims or is there in all other documents till date.

Can our marriage be null and void (Annuled) on the basis of this misstatement or hiding of this fact.

Do all her degrees/education can be claimed null and void.

Please help

wrong mentioning of the date of birth and on the basis of this no marriage can be nullified as it is not the ground to nullify the marriage.

her degrees and certificates also can not be nullified as these can be corrected by filling a suit for declaration in the civil court for correction of the entries in the record of the board or the unversities.

But whether its not cheating, if same hasn't been shared earlier at the time of marriage. Thanks

when the marriage is occured than no body mentions the date of birth in the invitation card or no agreement in this behalf is valid so how you say it is cheating.

Right Sir but all are telling age of girl and boy before proceeding and in our case it happened through online portal, so birth date was there.

Thanks

it is not the matter when the date of Birth was disclosed to you.
