I have sold a property 15 months ago, The deal was negotiated through the broker, the sale documents was prepared by the purchaser/broker. We have sold a part of our ancesteral property. around 90% of the property is sold to various purchaser. All deal was negotiated with a single broker, who demarked the big plot and sold in small chunks to the purchaser. The sale deed was executed by me directly to all the purchasers.
Now One of the purchaser says he has got less property than mentioned on the deed, he wants to go in court making different allegations in criminal/civil.
What is my stand there.
