if i am accused and i am in hospital for 8 month and in this between the petitioner who bounce my cheque which is take a time of loan as securites, and now he take a benifit of it when i am in hospital and unconsious for 8 month.  there is no agnowledgement recieving of legal notice and he will present the cheque two in my bank account without inform me.and file a case
