Till the time case is not filed no summons can be issed.

Till case is not numbered and court is not satisfied to issue process no summons can be issued..

First the Cheque Bounce case has to be filed in time and the said case to be get in admitted by the court  after that case will be numbered and next date will be given and then the court suo moto summon the accused. This is the procedure.
