Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Mumbai. While travelling in a local BEST Bus I happened to see an advertisement on the electronic screen in the bus that 2% Brokerage Charge On the Sale of Residential Flats & Shops charged by the brokers is against the law.
Pls let me know whether the charge is valid or not and under what act.
