Dear Experts,
I would liek to understand, If i launch a 340 Crpc agains the court proceeding (I am 100 % sure , i will succeed because all the allegations were false).
Will it also affect the opponent party advocate. Since he is the guy who drafted the petiion of my wife....... Since, He is also repsponsible for making false statement, forging documents, trying to prove the false as true....
Please advise me and share your experince in this connection.....
