498(a) what happens if police don

This is astrological question.  It appears that you are waiting desparately for chargesheet to be filed.  Dont lose heart.  They will file chargesheet.

How does it help, if Police delay filing charge sheet.....? It has already been delayed by 2+ Years now.....
