498 wife ,am i eligible for mpsc?

here is status ( if possible people knowing marathi language reply)

wife hasput police complaint in 3 diff stations ,I did not picked call from police

he put in jfmc court but court did not called me

she put in family court,from there I got letter to attend

after 4-5 times attend ,not even plea wife took case back

now in mpsc website it says "tumchyawar kadhi khatla bharavla gela hota ka"

so am i elligible for mpsc?

Sagar if case is filed against you then it does not mean that you were guilty of offence unless and untill court had given the judgement till then u will be inocent in eyes of law.

clause says "case was made aganst u"

so I am in dilemma
