iam a victim of false 498A .
can any one help me in filing a discharge petition . i can send the details/ history of the whole case.
the case is filed on me , and in order to take revenge on me , the complainant implicated my brother and sister in the case who are students at the time of registering the case . all the other accused were living seperately at another town since the marriage.
