have got a 498A case going in the lower court of Rewa (Madhya Pradesh) and I live in ahmedabad. This case has been going on for last 10 years and now only my ex-wife and her father has come to record there statement in the court.
I have already got divorced 6 years back and my ex-wife is happily married second time after destroying my and my family member life.
I have read in this forum that the case can be transferred to the place of crime (Ahmedabad) where it has happened. For this I have to file a petition in Supreme Court for the same.
My problem is that we don’t have the address where my ex-wife or her father leave and so we can not send any summons to them. Secondly even if we send summon to them they don’t accept the same due to which a case can not proceed further in supreme court.
Is there any provision in Supreme court where in I can file a case and ask the court directly to send a summon to the lower court where my ex-father in law and wife are recording there statement ????
Please help as the next hearing in the case is on March 18th 2011.
Even if you can suggest me lawers of supreme court who can help me.
