498a case mutual compromise

on the marriage day , after marriage ,they came and  filed a case and my brother was arrested by police , came on bail 

Now we are making  a compromise and getting divorced , then inturn paying some money and getting the case closed . 

So what precautions  we need to take care ?

While filling in govt jobs application , if I fill the option of any cases against you as "NO" ,then its good or not  ?

a) Their demand will increase day-by-day and trial will be prolongate.

b) They will continue breaching any deed in recurring way for demanding more money.

Only in exceptional cases the trail is conducted through videos conference but not in 498a  and divorce cases.

You can be represented by any of your friends / relatives also.

You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of Section 32 of Advocate Act.

Make a separate petition on this, notarize with court fee and submit it before the court.
