Mine a/c become expire on 12/10/2013
As RBI guide line any cc-od a/c only NPA after 90 days if that a/c expire by not submitted docs,
mine a/c marked NPA within 77days on 28/12/13, there should be become NPA on 11/01/14 as 90days term.
On 11/01/14 the sarfasi notice signed by designated officer for serve to me ?
If RCVRO latter also based as email of 15/3/14, so before of 28/12/13 I was not make any payment to mine OD a/c in last 90 days so its last dr date is 29sept2013 but plz let’s see mine a/c statement.
After serve the sarfasi 13/2 to me on 16/Jan/14 the 60 days over on 17march2014 and mine all pays clear on 14/03/14 as mine a/c statement.
Sir in all line and word not like word to word but based on records…..
so i am now file the 499 with 211 aginst manager for fals mangement mine loan file
